Program Management

STRATEGIC CONSULTING ALLIANCES realizes that the successful management of a contract starts with excellent program management organization. By using the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge, OTMG is able to provide premium level program management and contract support services to all of its clients.

Strategic Consulting Alliances (SCA)  Program Management team has specific experience providing contract program management to a variety of clients.SCA always applies its extensive knowledge and
experience in implementing project management best practices in meeting all contract management and administration deliverables.


SCA follows the proven methodology of the standards outlined in the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge. SCA uses the PMBOK guidelines to provide clients with an integrated framework of the organization, planning, control, and cost reporting. By applying the PMBOK to all project it undertakes, SCA aims to set itself apart from its competition by making quality a cornerstone of all successful projects.


SCA is organized to help promote and ensure good communication and coordination between the SCA team and federal government clients through the life of the project. SCA always designates a Project/Program Manager who will be fully dedicated to the program in order to oversee day-to-day operations, provide team leadership, project management support, and guidance to other employees.

 

In an effort to achieve full transparency, SCA develops and provides a monthly status report as well as a comprehensive, quarterly Program Management Review to all clients. SCA's PMR process has been lauded by several government FOIA program sponsors for its effectiveness and insightfulness. SCA's project management structure allows for the direct interaction between team members and organizational “reach-back” resources such as corporate QA/QC, human resources, accounting, and finance support.
